FAQs

  • We will tour your home, make recommendations for improvements, take photographs and begin to come up with a design plan. We will then send a staging proposal, once that is signed and we have scheduled your staging date. You and your Realtor get to work on preparing the home (repairs, painting, cleaning, etc). On staging day we will arrive in the morning and in most cases finish the staging transformation the same day. Your realtor usually schedules the photographer to come the next day, then lists your house on the MLS so it's ready for open house and then offers. Once an offer is accepted and the buyers lender sends out an appraiser, you can schedule to have the staging removed (please give us at least 3 business days notice). Once the staging is removed, the home is ready for its new occupants.

  • Most homes can be staged in one day. Larger homes may take one and a half to two days.

  • No. Most often your realtor will install a contractor lock box with a key or we can make arrangements to get a key ahead of time. It is actually better if no one is home when we are staging (including other workmen). The staging process is very involved with our team moving items all around the house and it is easier for us and easier for you if we don't have to compete for space.

  • Yes, if you need extra time to finalize your sale you can rent the staging on a per-day basis after the initial staging contract. An invoice will be sent at the end of each 30-day period or upon removal request, whichever occurs first.

  • Our inventory of furnishings is constantly evolving as items are used in various staging installations and new pieces are added. As a result, we cannot guarantee the availability of specific items. However, our staging team is committed to creating a design that complements your home, emphasizing its strengths while minimizing any shortcomings. We focus on creating inviting, aesthetically pleasing spaces that resonate with a broad range of potential buyers. Our ultimate goal is to help you achieve the highest possible return on your property.

  • Possibly. Our staging experts can tour your home and offer our professional guidance and recommendations as to which items could be used for staging and what needs to be added. You may have pieces you love but from our experience could limit the overall aesthetic and be a distraction to potential buyers so trust our team to bring our wealth of experience and creativity to stage your property and ensure that it's presented in its best possible light.
